The unattended electronic platform offers real-time video display and image capture, storing all data directly on the computer's hard drive. Historical images and weighing records are linked for easy retrieval at any time. You can access both automatic and manual captured images using third-party software without needing an external database.

How it works:

When no vehicle is present, red lights illuminate, and the barriers close to prevent entry. Once a vehicle arrives, the RFID card reader detects its presence and sends the information to the computer. If using a short-range reader, the driver must exit the vehicle to swipe the card.

The system confirms the valid card and lifts the entrance barrier, turning the light green to allow the vehicle to enter the weighing area. Once on the scale, the sensor coil detects the vehicle, lowering the barrier and changing the light to red to block further entry.

After stopping, the camera captures an image, and both the image and weight are automatically saved. A printout of the weight record is generated. The speaker then announces the completion of the weighing process.

The exit barrier opens, allowing the vehicle to leave. Once fully lifted, the driver exits, removes the ticket, and departs. When the platform is empty and the vehicle has cleared the detection zone, the barrier lowers again, ready for the next vehicle.

Overweight Vehicle Priority:

If vehicles arrive from both directions, the one that swiped first gets priority. If both swipe simultaneously, the left lane takes precedence, while the right vehicle waits.

Prohibited Conditions:

If infrared sensors are blocked, the weighing data becomes invalid (not required for pitless systems). The system supports communication between cameras, instruments, and the computer for seamless data transfer.

It integrates dynamic rail control, RFID readers, cameras, and signal lights to ensure smooth operation. The system combines video surveillance with weighing management for user-friendly performance.

This two-way unattended weighbridge system is ideal for vehicles arriving from either side of the platform. It supports both dynamic and static weighing, with dual vehicle detection devices. When a vehicle with an electronic tag approaches, the system automatically detects it and initiates the weighing process without manual intervention.
