Main Structure Description
The machine consists of a base frame, upper cover, swing mechanism, vibration system, clamping device, and sieve assembly. The vibration mechanism uses a handwheel to rotate and tighten, moving the gland vertically to secure the ejector pin, thus fixing the sieve cover. The design allows for easy lubrication, and it is recommended to add 3 liters of oil to the main unit. Without proper lubrication, the system may malfunction, and the factory will not be responsible for such issues.
The machine includes an automatic stop function, which controls the motor’s operation time using a timer and intermediate relay. For safety, the base is equipped with grounding screws, and users must ensure proper grounding as required by local regulations.
Installation
This equipment can be installed directly on a concrete floor without requiring a cement foundation. Alternatively, it can be mounted on a cement base. The foundation should be at least 300 mm above ground level or level with the ground, depending on user needs. Electrical wiring and grounding must follow local electrical codes. After installation, power on the machine and check that the motor rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow. If it rotates in the opposite direction, the motor may be running empty. In this case, adjust the wiring to start the machine properly.
Maintenance and Attention
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure long-term performance. Keep the equipment away from moisture and corrosive environments. Clean the machine periodically, and perform a thorough inspection every two years to maintain optimal functionality.
