Parameter Setting Guide
1. Time Parameter Setting
Press the '>' key to enter the time setting mode. The lower row of the display will light up, and you can press the '∧' key to adjust the time. The unit for time is seconds.
2. Temperature Parameter Setting
All parameters, including PID settings and control parameters, are pre-adjusted before the equipment leaves the factory. Do not change them unless necessary. To modify the set temperature (SV), press the '∧' or '∨' button on the temperature controller.
3. For other settings related to the timer or temperature control instrument, please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
Insulating Glass Dew Point Meter - Instructions
1. Connect the power cord and turn on the "Power" switch on the control panel. Power up the "Cooling Temperature," "Test Temperature," and "Timer" modules. Once powered on, the system should be operational. The "Test Temperature" PV will display the current temperature of the cold probe.
2. Set the desired temperature (SV) for the "Test Temperature" according to your experimental standards. Press the "Start" button. The indicator light will turn on, and the system will begin its delay start process, initiating the experiment.
Note: This equipment uses a cascade refrigeration system. The first-stage compressor will start first. After approximately 7 minutes, the second-stage compressor will activate automatically. The temperature displayed on the control panel is normal during this process. There’s no need to worry.
3. When the temperature reaches the set point, start the experiment by pressing the chronograph switch. Begin timing as per the set duration. When the time is up, the alarm light will activate. You may then proceed to the next test.
4. After completing the test, press the "Start" button again to stop the system. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.

1. This equipment uses a compressor-based cooling system. It is recommended to let the equipment rest for at least 4 hours before initial use. Ensure that there is a minimum of 30 minutes between each system startup.
2. During operation, be cautious of frostbite caused by the low temperature of the cold probe. Avoid direct contact with the probe when it is in use.
3. Only trained personnel should handle or operate this equipment. Unauthorized disassembly may lead to injury or damage to the device.
Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines and ensure proper handling and maintenance of the equipment for safe and efficient performance.
