3. Column: CS-05, 30m × 0.32mm × 0.4μm (Changzhou)

4. Temperature: Column at 120°C, Injection at 250°C, Detector at 220°C

5. Carrier gas: N2, Pre-column pressure: 0.03 MPa, Split ratio: 100:1

6. Hydrogen: 0.08 MPa

7. Air: 0.05 MPa

8. Injection volume: 0.1 μL

Second, the chromatogram:

5.62 – Phenol

9.62 – O-chlorophenol

10.52 – P-chlorophenol

10.88 – M-chlorophenol

Third, the results and discussion:

1. The experimental conditions effectively separate the isomers in p-chlorophenol, with the elution order being ortho, meta, and para.

2. Before analysis, it's essential to set the split ratio to 100:1 and use a minimal injection volume. Otherwise, the separation between ortho and meta positions may not be complete.

3. This method can also be applied for quality testing of o-chlorophenol and m-chlorophenol.
