Parameter Setting Guide

1. Time Parameter Setting

Press the '>' key to enter the time setting mode. The lower display will light up, and then press the '∧' key to adjust the time value. (The time unit is in seconds.)

2. Temperature Parameter Setting

The temperature control instrument has been pre-set with all parameters, including PID settings, before leaving the factory. You should not change these unless necessary. To modify the set temperature (SV), press the '∧' or '∨' key on the temperature control meter.

3. For other parameter settings of the Timer Meter and Temperature Control Instrument, please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.

Operating Instructions

1. Connect the power cable and turn on the "Power" switch on the control panel. Power on the "Cooling Temperature" table, "Test Temperature" table, and "Timer" table. Once the system is powered on, the "Test Temperature" PV will show the current temperature of the cold probe.

2. Set the desired temperature (SV) for the "Test Temperature" according to your experimental standards. Press the "Start" button to begin the process. The indicator light will turn on, and the system will start with a short delay.

(Note: This equipment uses cascade refrigeration technology. The first-stage compression system starts first. After approximately 7 minutes, the second-stage compression system will activate automatically. The "Temperature Control Instrument" on the control panel will display the cooling temperature, which is part of the normal process. There is no need to worry!)

3. When the temperature reaches the set point, start the experiment by pressing the chronograph button. Begin timing according to the set duration. Once the time is up, the alarm light will illuminate. Then proceed to the next test.

4. After completing the test, press the "Start" button again to stop the system. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.

Precautions

1. This equipment uses a compressor-based refrigeration system. Before using it for the first time, allow it to rest for at least 4 hours. Also, make sure there is a minimum of 30 minutes between two consecutive startups.

2. During operation, be cautious of frostbite caused by the extremely low temperature of the cold probe. Only trained personnel should handle the equipment. Unauthorized disassembly may lead to safety hazards or damage to the device.

3. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines and use the equipment properly to ensure its longevity and accurate performance.
