Main Structure Description:

The device consists of a base frame, upper cover, swinging mechanism, vibration system, clamping mechanism, and a sleeve screen. The vibration mechanism uses a hand wheel to rotate and tighten, allowing the gland to move axially, which fixes the ejector pin and secures the screen cover. This design facilitates easy lubrication. The main engine requires approximately 3 liters of oil. Without proper lubrication, the machine may not function properly, and the manufacturer will not be responsible for any damage caused by this issue.

Automatic Parking Device:

Once the power switch is turned on, a timer controls the motor’s operation, either for continuous or timed use. The machine is equipped with grounding screws to ensure safe operation. Users must follow local electrical regulations and ground the equipment accordingly.

Installation:

This instrument can be directly installed on a concrete floor without requiring a cement foundation. Alternatively, it can be mounted on a cement foundation. The foundation should be 300 mm above ground level or level with the ground, depending on user requirements. Electrical wiring and grounding must be installed according to local codes. After installation, the motor should rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow, causing the vibrating motion. If it runs in the opposite direction, the motor is running empty. In that case, the wiring connection should be adjusted to start the device correctly.

Notes for Use:

It is important to protect the equipment from moisture and corrosion. Regular cleaning is recommended, and maintenance should be performed every two years to ensure long-term performance and reliability.
