Keysight and Telia work together to promote narrow-band IoT trial operation

The LTE Internet of Things is still in the initial stage of trade. Recently, Deutsche Tech and Telia jointly promoted the trial operation of the narrow-band Internet of Things. It is a crucial step for verifying network performance and the LTE Internet of Things.

Keysight recently announced the successful cooperation with the Nordic walking communication company Telia and successfully completed the trial operation of the Internet of Things network. In the course of the experiment, Telia used the narrow-band Internet of Things and LTE-M technology to smoothly transmit data in the trading network.

LTE Internet of Things

The LTE Internet of Things is still in the early stage of trade, and the world is actively pursuing multiple trial operations and network testing programs. The Keysight Nemo Outdoor measurement solution and Nemo Analyze elucidate the full test of low-power IoT and LTE-M networks.

Telia Business Manager Mikael Sundholm hinted: "By performing these tests, we can say that the network assembly period has already been opened. For example, our tests confirm that through the new walking skills, users can sense The measured temperature value is transmitted directly to the customer's display. This successful trial operation means that we can start building new solutions for our customers in the next few months. As a result, customers can apply rich products. Information and common sense to make various business resolution plans.

Kai Ojala, Head of Nemo Measurement Solutions at Keysight, hinted: "In the trial operation, we measured the Telia IoT service in the network provided by Nokia. In the early stage, our measurement software was first used for testing. LTE IoT RAN and focus network; we can then provide LTE IoT overlay scale test solutions covering existing LTE services.

For network operators, these testing phases are critical to verifying network performance and understanding how to deliver new LTE IoT trade utilization and services.
