Dinggao consumer-grade drone differentiation just needs, InvenSense capacitive air pressure sensor or will become

According to the latest statistics from Gartner, global production of professional drones is expected to reach 3 million units in 2017, marking a 39% increase compared to 2016. Market revenue is anticipated to grow by 34% year-over-year, surpassing $6 billion. Meanwhile, shipments in the toy drone sector are set to continue their upward trajectory, reaching 50 million units. Industry research indicates that by 2025, the scale of consumer-grade and toy-grade drones, particularly those targeting aerial photography and entertainment markets, could reach approximately 50 billion yuan. With such a vast drone market, manufacturers are increasingly focused on meeting the high-quality, cost-effective demands of both businesses and consumers. This focus has led to a growing emphasis on product differentiation and competitiveness. Historically, features like barometers were standard on professional drones but are now gradually being phased out in favor of more advanced solutions. At the same time, barometers are becoming a key differentiator in the toy drone market. According to frontline engineers at InvenSense, "Given the need for height and climb precision, the air pressure sensor has emerged as a crucial feature for drones." Focusing on differentiation and professional development, the barometer has become a standard requirement for drones. In drone applications, the air pressure sensor primarily monitors air pressure changes and maintains a fixed altitude. Fixed altitudes include hovering, where drones maintain a preset height, and precise takeoff and landing control, ensuring smooth transitions without excessive speed. Unlike traditional resistive barometers, InvenSense's capacitive-based air pressure sensors offer benefits such as low power consumption, low noise levels, excellent temperature stability, and high precision. Last year, InvenSense released the world’s first 7-axis barometer, the ICM-20789, and later this year launched the pressure sensor series including ICP-10100 and ICP-10110. The InvenSense 7-axis barometer, ICM-20789, represents a "two-in-one" integration solution that combines capacitive technology with its leading 6-axis (3-axis accelerometer + 3-axis gyroscope) MEMS motion sensor. This air pressure sensor boasts top-tier performance and superior temperature stability. Compared to discrete IMU and single-axis barometers, the ICM-20789's 7-axis integration not only saves board space but also reduces costs, offering customers a straightforward upgrade path. According to InvenSense engineers, "Due to the professional requirements for height and climb, the barometer has become a standard for drones. Based on our IMU's success on drones and deep understanding of customer needs, we believe the two-in-one high-performance seven-axis sensor, ICM-20789, will deliver consistent quality products and excellent service to our customers." For varying customer market demands, InvenSense also introduced the ICP-10100 (2x2x0.72mm 10L LGA), excelling in power consumption and noise performance. Its innovative "three small holes" (0.025mm) packaging design, unlike the single large hole designs of competitors, enhances water resistance while reducing interference from light, wind, dust, and other environmental factors. The waterproof rating of ICP-10100 reaches up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes (IPx8). Additionally, the ICP-10100 shares the same low noise and low power modes as the ICM-20789, achieving a noise root mean square of 0.8 Pa (current of 5.2 μA) in low noise mode and 3.2 Pa (current of 1.3 μA) in low power mode. These performance metrics are nearly 45% better than similar products on the market. InvenSense also introduced the ICP-10110 in various sizes (2x2.5x0.92mm 8L LGA). Looking ahead to broader applications, barometers are poised to become a new selling point for wearable device differentiation. InvenSense's low-power, low-noise pressure sensors are ideal for multi-domain applications such as wearables, smartphones, and more. Different markets have varying performance requirements; for instance, the drone market prioritizes low noise, while wearable IoT applications emphasize low power consumption. Both InvenSense's two air pressure sensors can meet these diverse customer demands effectively. Furthermore, based on the ICM-20789, InvenSense offers attitude detection algorithms for the wearable market, supporting both altitude and attitude measurements. InvenSense engineers note, "High-end markets, such as professional outdoor sports wearables, are incorporating barometers to achieve precise altitude measurements, reflecting differentiation and professionalism in market positioning." Despite current sluggish growth in the wearable market, differentiation and professionalism remain critical. InvenSense's 7-axis air pressure sensor, ICM-20789, and single-axis air pressure sensor, ICP-10100, are expected to introduce new selling points to wearable devices. Capacitor Leakage Test Power Supplies

The ADP series capacitor leakage test power supply is specially designed and customized for capacitor manufacturers` product quality control process or users of capacitors for capacitor ripple current durability life test.

Adp Capacitor Leakage Test Power Supply With Timer

The output of the capacitor leakage test power supply is composed of a set of adjustable DC output and a set of adjustable AC output, which needs to be calculated by our internal spread sheet according to the parameters of the capacitors under test to work out the required LC parameter of the power supply for each capacitors` leakage current test, the matched LC part can then match the parameters of the capacitors under test to generate a sine AC that meets the requirements, and form a controllable AC/DC superimposed output with another set of DC outputs.

Capacitor leakage current test power supply is aimed at the diversity of output voltage and frequency required for different capacitance tests with the DC output voltage up to 3000Vdc, the AC voltage output up to 200Vac, the AC current up to 500A, and the output frequency can be selected according to customer requirements from 50Hz to 100KHz.
Equipped with special high-frequency and high-temperature fixtures and connecting wires for capacitor leakage current testing, the capacitor leakage current test power supply can imitate the actual working conditions of capacitors to determine the service life of a group of capacitors under test, providing the accurate parameters of capacitors required by the manufacturer for the capacitors R&D and quality inspection test, the power supply is now aiding the test of high-frequency and high-current passive devices such as high-frequency capacitors, film capacitors, electrolytic capacitors, ballast capacitors, and ballast inductors.
