This advanced AI-driven approach enables more accurate and comprehensive monitoring of online content.
The platform operates 24/7, automatically handling the entire process from search and identification to post-infringement rights protection. This automation helps combat decentralized and widespread IP violations, offering stronger support for IP holders in protecting their digital assets.
Currently, the Ctrl-A team has developed search platforms integrated with major e-commerce sites like Tmall, Taobao, Alibaba, Jingdong, Dangdang, and No.1 Shop. They have also partnered with well-known animation IPs such as Black Cat Sheriff, Gourd Doll, and Big Ear Map.
For example, the Black Cat Sheriff IP used to see around 1,000 pirated links added each month. After implementing Ctrl-A’s solution, the number of infringing links dropped significantly, demonstrating the platform's effectiveness.
In terms of revenue, the company generates income through four main channels: SaaS subscriptions for IP holders, fees for usage, profit-sharing from crowdsourced clues, and licensing and distribution of genuine products.
The team behind Ctrl-A is highly qualified. Founder Fu Yao holds a doctorate in engineering and a bachelor’s degree in law from Shanghai Jiaotong University. He has made significant contributions to IP protection and has advised numerous companies, helping them secure over 30 million yuan in government grants and reduce tax liabilities by more than 100 million yuan. The CTO, Lin Xiang, is a Ph.D. in Information Technology and has filed three national invention patents and six software copyrights in the past three years. Strategic consultant He Xiang specializes in business logic analysis and has deep insights into the TMT industry.
