First, the selection of the converter installation environment:

1. The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 85%;

2. The ambient temperature must be between -10°C and 45°C;

3. The installation site should not experience strong vibrations;

4. It is recommended to install the converter indoors. If outdoor installation is necessary, protective measures against sunlight and rain must be in place;

5. The surrounding air should not contain corrosive gases or harmful substances.

Second, the selection of the sensor installation environment:

1. The sensor should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated area, avoiding moisture, water, flooding, direct sunlight, and rain;

2. Avoid installing the sensor in areas with excessively high ambient temperatures, as this can affect the performance of internal electronic components;

3. Ensure that there are no strong vibrations on the pipes or floors where the sensor is mounted, especially for integrated instruments;

4. Avoid locations where there is a risk of leakage currents on the pipeline. Keep the sensor away from equipment that generates strong electromagnetic fields, such as large motors or transformers, to prevent interference;

5. The installation location should provide enough space for maintenance and operation by personnel.

Third, installation notes:

1. When measuring solid-liquid two-phase fluids, it's best to install the flowmeter vertically, with the fluid flowing from bottom to top;

2. The electromagnetic flowmeter can be installed horizontally, vertically, or at an angle, without strict directional restrictions;

3. Avoid installing the flowmeter at the highest point or top of the piping system;

4. For horizontal installations, ensure that the electrode axis is parallel to the ground, not perpendicular;

5. There should be sufficient space around the flowmeter for installation and future maintenance;

6. The flowmeter should be installed away from points where different conductive media mix, to avoid measurement errors;

7. If the pipe experiences vibration, support brackets should be installed on both sides of the flowmeter to stabilize it.
