The infrared sensing smart chopsticks have built-in sensing devices in the handheld part. The main components are infrared sensors, counters and numerical comparators. The hand-held part is the main part of the chopsticks. The infrared sensor is inside the chopsticks 40 mm away from the bottom end of the chopsticks. The infrared light reflection changes caused by the change of the angle of the chopsticks during the movement, and the signal is transmitted to the counter by the infrared sensor. The frequency of eating by the eater begins to count. The counting signal is converted into a voltage signal by a photoresistor, and the voltage signal is amplified by an amplifying circuit. The amplified signal is connected to the counter input terminal, and the counter pulse (CLK) of the counter times the sampling signal.
