As a product developer, I strongly believe that technological innovation can drive progress in every aspect of society. "Technology is the primary productive force!" But more importantly, I think we should not just talk about it — we need to take action. Use our knowledge and technology to solve real-world problems and make a positive impact on society. Today, we're entering the Internet 3.0 era. With just a smartphone, people can now access information, move around, and connect with others. This has led to new business models like O2O (Online to Offline), which have transformed industries such as food, transportation, beauty, and entertainment. These platforms bring users together and change how we live our daily lives. Looking ahead, I believe the next big wave will be the Internet of Everything (IoT). IoT means that almost every object — from glasses and clothes to cars and airplanes — could become smart and connected. In the next five years, there may be 30 to 50 billion such devices. This will usher in the true era of big data and even artificial intelligence. We live in an age full of uncertainty. People are constantly worried: Is there smog today? Are there harmful ingredients in the food? Scrolling through social media or news apps, we often see stories about missing children or elderly people left alone. These issues are real and urgent. For example, each year, about 200,000 children go missing in China. While the internet has helped in some cases, like the 2011 Spring Festival microblogging campaign that raised awareness, the results were limited. It's clear that we need more effective solutions. As a product developer, I’ve always believed that when you spot a problem, you should try to build something that solves it. That’s the essence of entrepreneurship. Whether it’s for yourself or for others, creating products that improve lives is what drives me. I’m also a father of two kids who are studying abroad. We only get to see them once a month, and I miss a lot. I understand how many parents feel like me — busy with work, trying to balance family time and financial stability. Most choose the latter, but that means missing out on precious moments. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to building products that help parents stay connected with their children, even when life gets hectic. We developed smartwatches for over 1.5 million kids and smart cameras that let families stay in touch. Imagine if elderly parents had cameras at home — they could communicate with their children in real-time, reducing loneliness and preventing tragedies. Using advanced technology to create meaningful products is my mission. I want to protect love and care for everyone, especially in this connected world. This is what 360 stands for in the Internet of Everything era. In the new year, I hope more companies and entrepreneurs will join this movement and contribute to making technology more human. Together, we can build a better future.
