The test situation of Huawei and other manufacturers in Hangzhou is that the TD-SCDMA site is upgraded to TD-LTE, and the upgrade task is completed within an hour on average. It is expected that by the end of this year, there will be more than 30,000 base stations. By 2013, after the successful TD-LTE scale-up test, new base stations and TD-SCDMA smooth upgrades can be used to increase the number of base stations to more than 200,000.

e. When the cables use in alternating current system, rated voltage of cables should be at least equal the rated voltage of the system; When the cables use in direct current system, rated voltage should be not greater than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of the cables.
