Verification of the theory of precession discharge

preface

If the core of ILED is PN junction, then the core of GLED is Ω-Ι junction. The Ω-Ι junction is composed of an Ω-shaped spiral cathode and an inner cavity-shaped anode column, and is characterized in that a dome-shaped anode column and an Ω-shaped spiral cathode form a fan-shaped radiation electric field at the top arc; a braided anode column and The Ω-shaped spiral cathode forms a symmetric logarithmic electric field on both sides of the foot; the plasma in the GLED is the pre-existing e-spinning discharge under the combined action of these electric fields.

1 Experimental purpose

The purpose of this experiment was to observe the theory and effect of experiencing e-spinning discharge without the application of zirconium pulp to the side legs.

2 Experimental steps

(1) Three-guide wire core column In order to implement the shield ring of Philips or the shielding needle technology of Sivonia, many manufacturers have a three-wire core-cylinder machine, as long as a common one is placed along the exhaust pipe on the non-porous side core column machine. The guide wire, the original central inner guide wire is configured as an anode rod guide wire to form an Ω-Ι core column of the simulated GLED; the function of the hole end core column is to perform the exhaust.

(2) Both ends of the tube-type tube used for the wire-stretching experiment are stretched with an existing straight long filament to the Ω spiral cathode. The Ω shape of the spiral cathode is that the two ends of the straight tungsten spiral filament are first placed on the core column. The root is passed through the lengthened cathode inner guide wire, and then part of the tungsten spiral filament is spot-welded together with the truncated cathode inner guide wire; the straight tungsten wire spiral of the anode rod set is fixed by the end hook of the anode rod to form a columnar anode.

(3) Apply powder to the top of the arc of the Ω spiral cathode at both ends of the lamp tube to apply electronic powder; the left and right legs may not be powered by vacuum zirconium slurry, leaving it empty.

(4) Sealing is conventionally sealed according to the production process of tubular fluorescent lamps.

(5) The long exhaust car for exhausting decomposes and exhausts the Ω cathode at both ends of the test tube, and must be filled with high argon pressure and high mercury pressure after exhausting.

3 analog tube sophisticated

(1) Depending on the type of fluorescent lamp, the Ω spiral cathode should be red when preheating;

(2) After a few minutes of lighting, exchange the wire guides and continue to light for a few minutes.
