1. What is a heart rate module?

Due to the influence of exercise, the heart rate is also a process of change during exercise. When the human body is at rest, the normal error of the test heart rate is less than 3 BPM. The human heart rate error tested during exercise will be relatively large, and the test error is less than 10 BPM (normally the normal movement is less than 5 BPM).

2, heart rate data calculation?

Calculate the range of exercise heart rate as follows: subtract the experimenter's age from 220, which is the maximum heart rate, then use the following formula to calculate the minimum exercise heart rate and maximum exercise heart rate:

220 an age = maximum heart rate (MHR);
MHR*0.6 = minimum exercise heart rate;
MHR*0.9 = maximum exercise heart rate.

3, data analysis

Between the minimum exercise heart rate and the maximum exercise heart rate, it is the range of individual exercise heart rate.
If the result of the experiment is within the range, the body is in good condition and exercise is sufficient;
If the experimental results are out of range, the experimenter’s physical condition is poor and exercise should be strengthened.
