JGJT163-2008 urban night lighting design specification

Foreword

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Construction's "Notice on Printing and Distributing" (Jianbiao [2004] No. 66), the preparatory group conducted in-depth survey and analysis of a large number of night lighting projects and normative documents at home and abroad, and carefully summarized practical experience. This specification has been developed on the basis of extensive solicitation of opinions.

The main technical contents of this code: general rules, terminology, basic regulations, lighting evaluation indicators, lighting design, lighting energy saving, light pollution restrictions, lighting power supply and distribution and security.

This Code is managed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. 1 General

1.0.1 In the design of urban night lighting, implement national laws, regulations and technical and economic policies, shape the image of the city at night, increase the charm of the city, enrich people's night life, and achieve advanced technology, economic rationality, energy conservation and protection. The environment, use safety, convenient maintenance and management, implementation of green lighting, the development of this specification.

1.0.2 This specification is used for night lighting design of buildings, structures, special landscape elements, commercial pedestrian streets, squares, parks, advertisements and signs, etc., which are newly built, rebuilt and expanded.

1.0.3 In addition to complying with this code, urban night lighting design should comply with the relevant national standards.
