BRIDGELUX launches new products for the general lighting market

Bridgelux, Inc., a leader in solid-state lighting industry technology and solutions, has launched three new LED arrays to provide high-quality, energy-efficient, cost-optimized light sources for the booming solid-state lighting market. Program. These new products can replace incandescent, halogen, high pressure gas (HID), and precision fluorescent lamps. Bridgelux's LED Array products range from 240 to 4,500 lumens of lumens (lumen in normal operating environments), providing a full range of LED solutions to replace traditional light sources. The features of the new product are detailed below:

Bridgelux ES Array Series: Allows luminaires and lighting manufacturers to meet the rapidly increasing global lighting standards at a low cost, such as Energy Star and Title 24 in the US, Part L in the UK, and other countries. . This series of products provides 400 to 2000 heat lumens for use in precision optical flow density sources, replacing incandescent, halogen and traditional fluorescent lamps. These new products are 30% to 60% more energy efficient than the previous generation, while significantly reducing the unit price per lumen.

Bridgelux RS Array Series: Provides high output photometric performance in applications such as retail storefront lighting, street lighting, wide-area lighting, high bay lighting, and commercial lighting, replacing traditional light sources such as 50 to 70 watts of metal halide (HID) ) Precision daylight (CFL) luminaires with high wattage. These arrays offer 3,100 to 4,500 lumens of light, producing uniform, pure illumination and beam control for a precise lighting environment. In terms of retail lighting, this series of solutions can recover costs in less than two years and provide high-quality lighting, which has proven to effectively affect the product turnover rate and enhance the customer's enjoyable experience.

Bridgelux LS Array Series: A new family of miniature LEDs offering diffuse and directional light sources for outdoor landscape lighting, home lighting, large appliances, and energy-saving light bulbs. These products offer 240 to 360 lumens of brightness and can replace low wattage halogen lamps, incandescent lamps, and precision fluorescent lamps.

Bridgelux's LED arrays comply with EU RoHS Hazardous Substances Control Regulations. In addition, Bridgelux is embarking on the development of a full range of LED products that comply with UL (Underwriters Laboratories) specifications, further simplifying the design process and the procedures used by customers.

Twelve layers is close to the largest number of layers that usually can be conveniently fabricated in a 1.6mm thick board.  But we see more an more 14 to 16 layer boards fabricated as a 1.6mm thick board as well, but the numbers of fabricators capable of producing them are limited to those that can produce HDI boards.
