Oilfield oil well automation monitoring system

Beijing Kunlun Tongzhou Automation Software Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise in China. The company is mainly engaged in the development of professional automation software, the integration of application systems, and provides users with an overall design plan from hardware to software. Products are found in dozens of industries such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, mining, transportation, machinery, and food, and are used in numerous industrial control sites throughout the country and even the world. At this point, we will introduce to you the overall application of Kunlun Tongway's products in field oil well monitoring systems.
I. Overview Oilfield oil wells are mostly distributed in oil production fields. Monitoring and control of oil well working conditions has always been an important and difficult part of oil production fields. Most oil wells are regularly inspected by oil well inspectors or maintenance workers. With the continuous improvement of the modern oilfield management level, the early mode of inspectors has gradually been replaced by unattended oil wells. Our company has developed a set of wireless remote control telemetry system that uses SCADA industrial control technology and is suitable for the actual situation of domestic oil wells. In this system, MCGS Universal Edition configuration software and wireless data transmission radio stations are used. The status of the single-port production wells detected by the system's wireless telemetry remote control host is transmitted wirelessly to the monitoring center, thus realizing centralized monitoring of individual well states. , Reduce personnel investment, shorten oil well fault discovery and elimination time, greatly improve production efficiency. In addition, the system is also very suitable for oil spills, oil theft monitoring, used in a number of oil production fields, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
Second, the basic structure of the system The structure of the system shown in Figure 1, the system mainly by the oil production monitoring center and the wireless telemetry remote control host, sensors, motor control device and other components. The oilfield monitoring center is generally set up in the mining department, team department, or other monitoring and dispatching department, including a computer, a printer, and a monitoring center transceiver. Wells Wireless Remote Control Remote Control Unit (RTU)

Well state sensors mainly include temperature sensors, voltage sensors, motor current sensors, and monitored switch disconnect/close sensors. They convert the working state of the well to the corresponding voltage or current value and send it to the remote smart wireless RTU. The system has an expansion interface, which can be increased according to the actual situation of the well.
The RTU consists of a high-performance SCM with A/D, D/A converters, power management circuitry, battery supply circuitry, and a wireless data radio. The A/D conversion converts the analog signal from the sensor, which represents the status of the well, into a digital signal, which is then processed and modulated by a wireless data radio station and transmitted to the space in the form of a radio frequency signal. The power management circuit is used to monitor the AC power supply. Once the AC power supply is turned off, it will automatically switch to the battery power supply. When the AC power supply is normal, the AC power supply is restored and the battery is charged, and the RTU power supply is always maintained. As shown in Figure 3.

The monitoring center transceiver receives the signal from the air remote control telemetry host from the air, and then amplifies and demodulates the RF signal to restore the data transmission to the central control computer for processing and calculation, real-time monitoring of the oil well working conditions. When there is an abnormality, the central control computer immediately sends a control command to the telemetry remote control host to control the motor to be shut down for repair.
